The Junior Strength Academy was formed in 2017 after Future Personal Training founder Sean Miles gained success with several junior athletes. Sean’s passion to educate those under 16 to develop their skills and support them in becoming a better all round athlete is what drove the formation of the JSA.

Sean has gained massive success in sports ranging from boxing, Judo and football, however his thirst to learn about all sports and implement his knowledge has meant the demand for children’s elite training with him.

Sean and Jonty have partnered together to bring this unique programme for juniors to Hendon.

 

Who is it for?

Aimed at children from 8-18, who want to excel in any sport, from football to tennis, boxing to ski-ing, athletics, swimming, lacrosse, you name it, we have a proven track record in delivering and supporting junior athletes training and help them improve:

How long is the programme?

We run in 12 week blocks, with a comprehensive monitoring system to gauge each athletes progress and then a structured achievement system, just like progressing through the coloured belts you’d get in Judo.

What else do I need to know?

What do athletes need to bring? – Wear comfortable gym kit and trainers. Athletes will be working up a sweat, so don’t forget to bring a water bottle too and also a fitness tracker if they have one.
